The UK and France will accelerate the military planning of the “coalition of the willing” over the next two weeks to focus on ensuring the security of Ukraine’s air, sea and land as well as the regeneration of its forces, UK Defense Secretary John Healey and French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu told reporters.
